KYK yurdunda meydana gelen kazada ihmal olduğunu iddia eden öğrenciler yurt yöneticilerini sloganlarla protesto etti. 
Fatsa KYK Kız öğrenci Yurdu’nda bulunan asansör arızalanmış ve 4 öğrenci panik atak geçirerek hastaneye kaldırılmıştı. Meydana gelen olayda ihmal olduğunu iddia eden öğrenciler tarafından yurt yöneticileri sloganlarla protesto edildi. Yurtta kalan ismini vermek istemeyen öğrenciler; “Kaç defa asansörün arızalı olduğunu söyledik. Uyarılarımız dikkate alınmadı. İllaki birimizin ölmesi mi gerekli. Kaza göz göre göre geldi” şeklinde konuştu.
